I still have the same passion now as I did when I began my career. I love being part of the lives of the children and families of our centre. I have lived in Methven all my life. I am married to Brett and we have 4 children. I am also a volunteer Ambulance Officer for St John in our local community.

I moved to NZ from Wales in 1985, immersing myself in Play centre alongside my children, and eventually joined Methven Preschool as a reliever. ECE is a lifelong passion and I remain dedicated to supporting children’s overall learning, development, and inspiring others to share their knowledge to provide the best opportunities and experiences for children to reach their full potential.
